When you sell your home, the new homeowners will need to purchase one year of Concierge Service ($240) to activate their own lifetime product warranty. This ensures continued coverage and access to our support services, including in-person onboarding and the creation of custom presets tailored to their specific preferences. After the initial year, they can choose to renew the Concierge Service annually to maintain both the lifetime product warranty and our comprehensive lifetime service warranty.
