We offer a lifetime warranty for parts and a 3-year concierge service–meaning all labor and parts are provided for free with customer service representatives gladly looking to provide for your every need. That makes our warranty one of the longest in the industry.
We’re open from 9-5 every weekday. If you call or text on the weekend or outside of hours, we’ll gladly respond as soon as we can.
We have over 18X4 PureBrightTM LED lights per linear foot compared to less than 2X3 LEDs per linear foot of our competitors. In other words, we have thousands upon thousands of lights that we install on your home with lights addressable every 10 cm. Our PureBrightTM Lights are also equipped with a dedicated white channel, making them more energy efficient than RGB white.
Since our Invisitrax™ system is built for efficiency, we should be able to install your system in 1-2 business days. The install time may be longer depending on the complexity of the home.
We will connect with you via call or text to schedule a time that works best for you to come take measurements of your home. Using state-of-the-art technology, we will generate a model of your home to get precise measurements of your soffits and eaves. By the end of our visit, we will hand deliver your customized quote and answer any questions you may have.
You do not need to be home for either portion of the quoting process (taking measurements or dropping off the quote), but we would love to see you if you are available!
PureBright™ Lights are bright enough to turn off some solar-powered landscape lights 10 ft away. Since PureBright™ Lights have a dedicated white channel, they can turn on using a cool RGB white or a warm white. You can adjust the brightness for a more subtle, low-toned appearance or choose to shout out the colors of your favorite sports team!
Yep! Our lights are addressable every 10 cm, or every 6 individual PureBrightTM LEDs. You can change the lights for holidays or for the aesthetic you’re wanting with just a tap in our app!
